EFT

Emotional Freedom Technique

A Gentle but Powerful Healing Tool!

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as tapping therapy, is a beautiful and effective technique that blends elements of traditional talk therapy with acupressure points from Traditional Chinese Medicine.

 

This therapeutic method helps release emotional blocks by gently tapping on specific points of the body while speaking guided phrases.

 

As we tap, we bring emotions, fears, beliefs, and thoughts from the subconscious mind into conscious awareness, where they can be processed and transformed.

Together, we’ll work on letting go of limiting beliefs that no longer serve you and begin to embed new, supportive truths that help you move forward with more ease and confidence.

​

Every session is client-led, which means we always go at your pace; never faster or deeper than you’re ready for.

 

This is a safe, supportive and empowering process.

EFT is gentle, but it can create deep shifts. It helps you understand emotional patterns, become more aware of your inner world, and open up to new ways of seeing yourself and your life.

Before our first session, I may send you a few simple questions to help us prepare and make the most of our time together.

Aromatherapy

For Emotional and Physical Healing

Aromatherapy is an ancient, natural healing method that uses the therapeutic properties of essential oils; highly concentrated extracts from plants, flowers, leaves, and roots.

Each essential oil carries a powerful blend of natural compounds that can positively affect your body, mind, and soul.

​

As someone deeply connected to nature, I believe it holds everything we need to heal. Essential oils are the pure essence, the ether of the plant.

 

When we work with them intuitively, they can add a deeply personal and spiritual layer to your healing journey.

I like to call it: “emotional support on the go.”
You can take this healing with you, anywhere.

I personally use essential oils every day: for myself, my family, and my clients. Their benefits are wide reaching and deeply supportive.

How I Work with Essential Oils:

You can choose from two types of aromatherapy blends:

 

Ready-Made Blends:

 I offer a range of carefully selected, tried and tested aromatherapy blends to support common physical and emotional needs such as anxiety, stress, sleep, focus, or immune support.

​

Intuitive Essential Oil Reading:

​In this session, we’ll work intuitively. You’ll be guided to select the oils you’re naturally drawn to. Through smell and sensation, you’ll choose what your body and emotions truly need. We’ll then create a custom aromatherapy roll-on blend for you to take home.

​

Aromatherapy is perfect for:

  • Emotional balance and stress relief

  • Natural support for anxiety and overwhelm

  • Enhancing intuition and spiritual wellbeing

  • Holistic self-care routines

  • Daily grounding and energetic protection

Energy Healing, Channeling & Higher Self Guidance

I offer energy healing sessions that include energetic cleansing, channeling, and deep connection to your higher self. This work is powerful, gentle, and deeply intuitive.

Sometimes, during a session, we’re naturally guided toward channeling messages from your higher guidance (and or deceased loved ones).

 

They are always present, ready to support you.

When you're open and ready, I ask the right questions that help bring through clarity, insight, and alignment.

 

My intuition is strong, and I work with it every day alongside tools like meditation, oracle cards, pendulum work, and energy healing.

I’ve studied energy work and channeling in depth, and continue to be amazed by the accuracy and wisdom that always comes through.

Birth Awareness 3 step Rewind Trauma Release

NLP based method

Birth Trauma Healing - 3 Step Rewind Process (In Person or on Zoom).

​

The 3 Step Rewind Trauma Release is a gentle, structured method designed to help release the emotional and physical stress responses linked to a traumatic or overwhelming experience, particularly around birth, pregnancy, or postpartum.

​

This process takes place over three 1:1 sessions (each lasting around 60 - 90 minutes), either in person or online via Zoom.

​

Through a guided relaxation and visualisation process, we help gently disconnect the intense emotional charge from the memory, without erasing the memory itself. You will still remember what happened, but your reaction to it changes, giving you space to feel calmer, safer, and more empowered moving forward.

​

This technique is widely used and respected, including within the NHS, and has supported many people in overcoming symptoms related to birth trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and flashbacks.

​

Booking Info:

  • The first session is paid in advance.

  • The remaining two sessions are paid before Session 2.

  • We’ll schedule all three sessions together at your convenience.
