Hello and welcome!

We’re Ruth and Tash, and we’re so passionate about supporting mums and their little ones through those early, precious months.

We know how much love (and exhaustion!) goes into caring for a new baby, and how important it is to feel supported, understood, and connected. That’s why we created a space where mums and babies can come together to learn, relax, and bond.

Every baby is unique, and their feeding and digestion can be influenced by how they entered the world, whether through a vaginal birth or a C-section.

Through gentle, hands-on baby massage techniques and baby-safe essential oils, we’ll guide you in helping your baby feed more comfortably, digest more easily, and sleep more soundly - all while you connect with other mums, get breastfeeding support and enjoy a bit of care for yourself, too.

Baby massage led by Tash with special oil crafted by Ruth
Breastfeeding and bottle feeding support
Brew and talk of the week (we will be covering ways to carry, hold, massage, best essential oils for winter, digestion and sleep, first foods and anything else that is on your mind and we can help with).

About us:

Tasha is a Paediatric Osteopath working one to one with small and big people.

Her expertise encompasses a wide range of concerns, including breastfeeding difficulties, birth trauma, sleep issues, and muscle tension.

Ruth is a doula, birth photographer, NHS trained breastfeeding peer supporter and treats traumas with healing therapy. Her expertise are birth/ miscarriage trauma, breastfeeding issues and Aromatherapy.
